Sonja Irlbeck

Sonja A. Irlbeck, Ed.D., (sirlbeck@cce.umn.edu) works with the University of Minnesota as an instructional designer, assisting faculty in converting traditional teaching approaches to be effective in an online environment. She also works within her department (Learning Technologies Unit) to shape policy regarding implementation of distance education via the Internet, most recently on a college-wide committee to investigate effective partnership strategies with other areas of the university.
