Fuhua (Oscar) Lin

Dr. Shata, whose Ph.D. is in Computer Science, is currently an associate professor in Athabasca University’s Centre for Computing and Information Systems. For more 10 years he has developed technical and service operations, consulted and lectured internationally, and published widely. With the growth of the WWW, Dr. Shata’s interest in artificial intelligence and databases grew to include related disciplines and distance education. He teaches computer courses at a distance and contributes to the conversion of computing courses for delivery on the WWW.
