Willy Fahlman RN, BScN, MDE willyf@athabascau.ca Willy is a doctoral student in the first cohort of the Doctor of Education in Distance Education program at Athabasca University, Canada. In addition, Willy is a tutor with Athabasca University and also a health care educator with Alberta Health Services.
