David Wiley, Brigham Young University

Dr. David Wiley is Associate Professor of Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, where he also leads the Access to Knowledge Initiative in the David O. McKay School of Education. His career is dedicated to increasing access to educational opportunity for everyone around the world.

John Hilton III, Brigham Young University

John Hilton III (http://johnhiltoniii.org) received his M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and currently is a Ph.D. student in Instructional Psychology at Brigham Young University. He is interested in researching open-access issues, particularly the creation and use of open educational resources, and looking at how free digital book distribution affects print sales and the impact of books.
